Essie is a Sr. Partner Account Executive for Clarus R+D with specialized knowledge in the partner and client experience. Through her role she helps CPAs, Fractional CFOs, and other financial advisors offer their clients access to a compliant and efficient R&D tax credit study. Essie has been with Clarus R+D for over 5 years and in previous roles consulted in a number of financial industries such as payroll tax, month-end close, and other tax incentives. She earned her BS of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.

Jordan has spent his entire professional career working in the R&D credit space and has helped clients claim more than $40 million in credits.
