Dan is a C-suite executive, board member, and technology investor. Before MarkLogic, Dan served on the executive team at Planful, an enterprise software leader. Dan also sits on the Board of Directors for Reconext (f/k/a Clover wireless), a global market leader of aftermarket lifecycle management services and solutions for mobile devices, and is a Vice President for Vector Capital, a leading technology investment firm. Before joining Vector, Dan was a Manager for Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity Services Division, where he served in various interim management roles for portfolio companies of prominent private equity firms that were Alvarez & Marsal clients. Previously, Dan was an Associate with Sterling Partners, a private equity firm based in Chicago.
